  Horrible Customer Service Don Pedro on Lancaster Drive in Salem. My husband and I went to Don pedro’s tonight to order some food to go. First off the order was charged incorrectly, we ordered 2 sides and we only were charged for one. Since the receipts are not detailed we were not notified of this mistake until we made it home and I called to complain to the night manager. Second, what I ordered which was supposed to be verde was a brown mess that looked more like gravy that has sat for 3 days on the stove and tasted burnt and salty. The meat which they said was pork was really chunks of meat FAT SLIMEY and discusting. I have been to this establishment many times before and LOVED it but after this food, the way the manager didnt even offer to correct the issue and the fact that I threw away half of the $36.33 that we spent tonight because it was not edible in this day in age I cannot afford to ever eat there again. I will make sure that my once a week attendence with my family there will be moved to somewhere that knows how to treat their customers and doesnt try serving them the cut off the meat they cant serve to their own families.

  Their breakfast burrito is………… Gargantuan and good. My wife and I each had one this morning and were both very pleased and very full. Carol only could handle half of hers. It’s an order-at-the-counter place, rather like Muchas Gracias, but with a higher quality product. I thought salsa and/or condiments at a bar or on the tables would have been a worthy touch. Prices were quite reasonable.
