I am more convinced………… Every time I try a new one, that it’s hard to go wrong with any of the many Taco Trucks/Trailers in this area. As usual, on first visits to these places, I ordered three Tacos; one Carne Asada, one Lengua (Beef Tongue) and on Cabeza (Beef Head Meat). They were all delicious. Each was double Tortilla (not hecho a mano, unfortunately) wrapped and loaded with Cilantro and Onion. The side of the truck housed a condiment bar with Radishes, Chilies, Lime and various Salsas. Tapatio Hot Sauce was available. The folks were very nice and it all cost a very reasonable $4.80! They have a nice tent with tables and chairs to keep the sun (today) and rain (most other days) at bay. If you like Mexican Food and are not checking out the local Food Trucks and Trailers, I promise you’re missing out!
