Go to Red Robin: Five Guys do not care about customer service, just your money. I ordered my meal at the Grand Opening of 2323 Lancaster Dr. NE in Salem Oregon. I paid a premium charge and received a burger that was under cooked and small, and fell apart when I tried to take a bite, the fries were limp as it looked like they were soaked in oil, and the soda was flat. I have attempted to write letters, send emails, and call the site directly to lodge my dissatisfaction, but never heard back. I asked for the District Manager on multiple occasions with no response. Five Guys gave me a substandard product and charged me a premium fee, and they apparently do not have the integrity to show the value of customer service appreciation. I have been telling everyone to go to Red Robin because they will stand behind their product. I will continue referring people to Red Robin. I will never go back to Five Guys because they do not have the decency to at least try to do the right thing.
