Wow what can I not say about this amazing restaurant! I haven’t been here in a long while. Me and the family came in and had a blast! The line to wait was not long. The cashier was friendly! The restaurant was mostly very clean. Because of the large volume of people in the restaurant on this day. The restrooms were not that great! Which is understandable. There was plenty of food to choose from. The salad bar looked good. The rest of the food looked great as well. We started off with salads and boy they tasted amazing and fresh! Next we had a little of everything. Chicken, mashed potatoes, pizza, pasta, dressing, salmon, and water to drink. There was plenty of seating here as well! I want to give a big thank you to our waitress Sheila! She is normally a cashier, but she was filling in as a waitress on this day! Sheila had a very big area to cover in this very full restaurant on this day. She had about 15 tables or more, yet she was able to bus all of the tables and help everyone amazing! Sheilas positive attitude really made out day! She is the reason and Debbie and another gentleman that was the manager there that made our experience worthwhile! I highly recommend this restaurant!
Decent. I like this ,like the others say if you like a lot of food, then this place is for you. It is getting kinda pricey though but the amount you eat kinda offsets that. They have a great breakfast buffet on Saturdays and Sundays where available. I drink water when I go here the drinks are spendy. Usually lot of people there , good atmosphere, you can have a large group or just yourself, they are very flexible been here a few times off and on. Usually a line to get in but it goes pretty fast.
A friend of a friend directed me to this local Salem establishment. I was very impressed by what I found.They offer a wide selection of very tasty fare (mostly American, as the name would suggest). There are many delicious meat and vegetable options, all if which vastly exceeded my expectations considering the price paid. The spicy, perfectly seasoned sausage and awesome mashed potatoes were two of my favourite buffet items. The coconut cream pie was also very good.For the three of us I paid $33 for unlimited food and drink, which I found very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the delicious fare at fair prices.
A wide selection of hearty American food: all-you-can-eat steak, roast beef, and stuffing are just a few examples. There’s also a great salad and dessert bar; there’s also a section where you can make your own taco. Home Town has a family-friendly atmosphere and is Avery popular place to eat out. Expect to wait in line 20-30 min. On weekends. If you are on a diet or trying to watch your weight, however, Home Town is NOT a place I’d recommend.
