Worst Chinese food experience.. Ordered there #5 Dinner meal. Fried Shrimp, Sweet ans Sour Chicken, Fried Rice, and Egg Roll to go. The Shrimp was pretty good. Everything else was either any kind of mystery meat or just terrible. The supposed chicken in the sweet and sour chicken was like chewing on a piece of boot leather only kinda sweet and sour flavored. The egg roll had a crust on it that just about broke my teeth. The fried rice was ok kinda’. If you decide to get your order to go, you might want to order a fork or spoon , oh, and a napkin might help when you spit the chicken out. Sorry Lucky Fortune, worse Chinese food experience ever !! Lost Customer…

Best food and customer service. First experience with Lucky Fortune restaurant. Placed order online for delivery. Order verified by phone and discussed my dietary requests. Food arrived promptly and hot. Thanks for the free soup! The food was delicious as well. Exceptional customer service and best Chinese Food in Salem. Most definitely a new loyal customer!

BAD SERVICE. I usually don’t complain, but this has to be the MOST DISGUSTING food I have ever tasted in my whole life!!!!! Bad service, really oily food! I am Highly-disappointed with my service. Not going back there for sure

Do You Feel Lucky, Punk?. While pillaging the martial arts section of F.Y.E my gaze landed on the lonely looking Lucky Fortune across the street. My phone was almost dead so I was not able to check my favorite restaurant review site for either praises or harumphs. Making our way past a myriad #10 ketchup cans that had been repurposed into ash trays by some ecologically mindful person (smurks) my lovely girlfriend, little sister, and I entered the dimly lit lucky fortune. My attention was immediately drawn to the carpet, which had me convinced that we just missed a food fight. We were greeted, taken to a booth, given menus and water by a young waiter with an exceptionally long pinky finger nail (Im still trying to figure out its purpose).Crab Wontons for the table, cashew chicken for my flesh and blood, sweet and sour chicken for my Nu pen you, and the $3.50 lunch for yours truly. The only reason I ordered the $3.50 sweet and sour pork, fried rice, and egg foo yung was because I wanted to see just what one can get for such a low amount of coinage (basically it was morbid curiosity). The Crab Wontons were standard. The cashew chicken was different than any other I (or my sister) had tasted; It was served with a brown sauce rather than the normal white sauce which gave it a nice savory flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was….well, it was sweet and sour chicken. I was pleasantly pleased with my dish and find that it is an unmatched deal! You get a large amount of food for just a couple of bucks that doesnt taste half bad.I suggest that you give em a taste.

They have good food a decent prices except for the delivery charge- it is outrageously high. I would recommend eating here or getting it yourself- don’t have them delivery it.

What a gem!!! Food was good, it may be colder inside than it is outside. But at a $3 lunch they probably can’t pay for heat. Other than havIng to eat with our coats on it was a great experience.
