Service slowwww but food delicious. Had dinner with family we were visiting. Group of 5. We were seated fast, but waited over 10 min to place our drink orders, then what felt like forever to actually place our food order. The food took about 20 min to arrive. I had off the Taste of Italy menu, the Chicken Meatballs and Grilled Asparagus. Both were fabulous.
Been a big fan of Olive Garden for years, but this site was disappointing. After sitting for 10 minutes, waiter finally took our drink order. After our meal did eventually get to us, our appetizer that we ordered with our drinks came 5 minutes later. The breadsticks, usually my favorite, we’re overdone. About another 10 minutes went by and they finally brought out my kids’ food. We let them take it back, paid for what we already received, and took the kids to McDonalds…
Went to Olive Garden on Lancaster and had a decent dinner. Nothing spectacular but the food was ok and the wait staff was nice although a little forgetful. They also brought the check without asking if anyone wanted dessert so we didn’t order any. The biggest surprise came when we went back to our vehicle and it had been BROKEN INTO with things missing. I immediately went back inside to speak to the manager who was not helpful or very apologetic. Apparently Olive Garden on lancaster has NO CAMERAS IN THEIR PARKING LOT AT ALL. So, my recommendation is such…if you want decent Italian food and don’t care if your car is broken into and nothing can be done about it feel free to eat at Olive Garden. However, if you value your belongings I wouldn’t eat there again. I will take my business elsewhere.
I love olive garden! I love soup and salad and chicken Marsala. And I never waited more than 15 minutes to be seated
Not real Italian. This isn’t real italian food. Maybe American food w/ a little Italian flair. Overly priced I think. It’s just mediocre. Nice free all you can eat salad. I just don’t see the big deal w/ this place. It’s not Italian.
My son and I love the food we always go for special days it is a long wait but food is worth it 🙂
The wait is ridiculous 1h 45m I won’t ever bother coming again. The parking lot is way larger than the restaurant
