Terrible. Go ANYWHERE else.. I seriously wonder if our experience here could have been worse. Got there at about 8:30 on a Wednesday with our two kids and it wasn’t very busy; seated immediately. We then waited 15 minutes for our waiter to show up to take our drink order! Another 10 minutes to get our drinks (when we ordered our steaks)… and another 5 minutes to get any rolls/butter. After that our waiter disappeared! We finally had to go get the hostess in order to get refills and more rolls. Salads came out from a different waitress, and were decent. FINALLY our original waiter came out (30-45 minutes since we ordered) and told us he had lost our order and they had JUST NOW put in our food. Another 5-10 minutes for the steaks and they were mediocre but we were so hungry at that point we would have eaten shoe leather. Don’t eat here. Go anywhere else.
Downhill slide. I went to the Roadhouse today and was sorely disappointed. The service and food quality have been on a slow decline for quite sometime. Today’s visit sealed it. This place used to be packed during lunch. Today it was a ghost town. And I know why. The service is sub-par. The food is mediocre, at best. The portion sizes have decreased and despite the lack of customers, the food took forever to be served.Sad to see this place that used to be so good go this far downhill. I won’t be back any time soon.
