Waiting time and Staff. I’ve been to restaurant more than once. I love the burgers and kid friendly environment. What I don’t like is that they tell everyone the wait for a table is 20-25 minutes. In reality it’s like 45 minutes. Second is some of the staff, mostly polite but hard to find when you need something. Many changes should be made to make it a better.

Having never been to a Red Robin I was very impressed by this addition to the chain.When we visited on a recent Saturday afternoon we were seated swiftly and our friendly waitress had us set up with drinks and appetisers within the first five minutes. The chilli cheese fries were spicy and delicious. I chose the Octoberfest burger (it was in fact the main reason I was chose to visit). What impressed me was that it was served pretty much exactly as it appeared on television (you don’t often get that from burger chains). It was packed full of fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients and very tasty. I would definitely recommend it. My friends were equally impressed by their selections.My only complaint (and my subsequent reasoning for a mediocre rating) is that the meal was expensive for what you got. Though the it was tasty I’m not sure the final price was completely justifiable. You can get burgers that are just as good for one third the cost.Overall a good meal but at a premium.
Worst service ever. from needing silverware, napkins, cold food, to waiting an impossible time for the check it was bad from the start.
Mistake handled well. I eat at Red Robin every couple of months. I also get a lunch order or pick up on my way home every month or so. I have never had an order messed up before. I got an order to go for lunch the other day. I ordered no pink for my burger and it was very pink. I can’t stand rare hamburger. I can understand in a noisy restaurant the person taking my order could have heard pink instead of no pink, my other requests of no onions and no relish were followed. I called and talked to a manager named Trevor. He was very apologetic and made it right by me. Any restaurant can make a mistake once in a while; it is how they handle the mistake that matters. It was handled very well and I will most certainly be back.
Oktoberfest burger should be permanent. I will be sad when the Oktoberfest burger leaves. It may not be for everyone, but the bagel bun and beer mustard are awesome. I try not to like this huge chain restaurant so much , but every time I take my family they are great with kids, fast, and the burgers are really good and consistent. The servers are polite, and by the time I leave it doesn’t really cost me that much more than buying happy meals for my little herd, and I actually leave happy..
Good Service. I have never gotten bad service at this location. They are always accommodating to my family with small children, and keep my drinks and fries full! This is my favorite chain restaurant!
