Don’t know where to begin. Lets start with Filthy. Sticky tables and sticky floors. Terrible service. You wait a long time for food and then if you need anything else you are out of luck. The staff is completely disengaged and stay behind the counter. I had an empty water glass the entire meal. I will be calling the the city of Salem heath department on Monday. This place should be shut down.

Got menu ordered our drinks….I simply ordered water my sister got the boba drink…..finally asked if we were ready to order, still did not have our drinks about 10 minutes after…order our food it was very good….not once did we get asked if we needed anything or if the meal was to our liking and the waiter didn’t even bring our food I believe it was the cook bringing it. After sitting done with our meal for about 20 minutes we had to ask for to go bowls for our leftovers….my sister its asked for another drink to go so we sat waiting for about 15 minutes and they never brought it to us we watched as customer after customer came in getting those drinks….finally decided to just leave….anyways worst service ever I wish I could take my tip back if they could get some real servers in there it might be a alright place.

That’s where I get pho in Salem. Its the best place yet for me to go here in Salem if I crave for a pho. reasonable price…but husband doesn’t like the chicken in the stick, it smells bad and under cook 🙁

Bait and Switch. Super Pho is a super rip off. I ordered their lunch online special of the day for six dollars and when I got there they wanted 9 dollars. The food was so-so and skimpy for even six bucks. The Boba drink I got was melted and not as good as the ones I normally get. Over all not a fun experience. I don t recommend them.

We Made A Mistake…. …I thought to myself. Enticed by the rave reviews and my never ending quest to find Vietnamese food that reflects the quality of that which I enjoyed in Florida, I loaded up the ol family and headed to Salem. When we walked into the crowded restaurant we were greeted by…nobody. We stood at the front for around five minutes all the while making eye contact with several employees. We eventually walked over to a dirty table and sat down. A waitress came and cleared our table and then walked away. We waited for another 5-10 minutes for menus. By my count, they had swung two strikes before we even ordered. We looked over the extensive menu and made our selections. My parents ordered a beef pho and a seafood pho, my sister ordered a beef vermicelli, and I ordered number 36 which consisted of pork, beef, shrimp and rice. When I asked for the fried rice instead of white rice the waitress gave me a half-frightened deer in the headlights look. She informed me that not only could they NOT do that, but would not even do it for an extra charge. This was the proverbial 3rd strike and this rooster was not happy. We ordered summer rolls and crispy spring rolls for an appetizer. I felt like the summer rolls were a classic example of quantity over quality. The size was there but the flavor was lacking. The crispy spring rolls were a pleasant surprise and were served with house sauce (which I am fairly certain is just fish sauce with carrots in it). I was able to taste a little of everyones meals at our table and found all of them pretty tasty. The Pho broth is some of the richest and most savory that I have had and I thought it was a nice touch how they offer the pho in three different sizes. The beef vermicelli came in a giant bowl mixed with veggies and a large portion of meat. With the three strikes on my mind, I dug into my plate. The pork had a wonderful smoky char, the shrimp was well seasoned, and the chopped beef was bursting with flavor. Even the little mountain of white rice, that I had tried so adamantly to dispose of, complemented the meal nicely. I was able to finish off my plate and ordered a coconut Boba tea for the road. First impressions mean a lot, and if I had not been with my family I would have probably just walked out at the beginning. The food was good so Im glad that I stuck around, but boy was it a close call. If you are in Salem, give em a taste. ATTENTION: If you know of any Vietnamese places that are better (I mean top of the line) please oh please message me and let me know!
