Yes this place is expensive. Yes the service can be average most of the time. Food wise though pretty good. I have been here a handful of times and everything I’ve tried I enjoyed.
Pizza is good but service is horrid. We’ve never actually eaten *in* this restaurant (we’ve had pizza from there though) – when we went in to eat we were ignored in the lobby while waiting for a table, we went back to the bar and waited for a table, when someone left we waited for the table to be cleared and when we sat menu’s were thrown on the table by a waitress, , she didn’t say a word to us and we never saw her again so we got up and left. We’ve gotten pizza from them, to go, twice only to get the same crappy service. The pizza might taste good but their lack of decent customer service will keep us from eating there in the future.

Bad service. Long wait time. Food not very good. Poor service. Waitress was not friendly. Took over an hour to get out food. And almost another hour after we got our checks.
Went here at the recommendation of a friend. The first time my family went it took a very long time to get service. By the time we got a waiter, our 2 young children were done being there, so we left. We decided to try again because we wanted to try the food. We were sat and noticed a table of 15 next to us. No big deal. When our server arrived, which was faster than the first time, I made it a point to tell him we were ready to order because we didn’t want our order getting in after the table of 15. He took our order, brought us drinks, and then we never saw him again for the rest of our visit. Even though we ordered before the large table, we got our food after them. About 30 minutes after we ordered. Our server did not bring us the food, and the person who did, didn’t get us drink refills like we asked. The manager brought us the check, but didn’t stick around long enough so I could talk to him about the lousy service and poor food. We had to pay up front because nobody ever came back to the table.
Not Impressed at ALL. It looked promising going in, but the service or horrible and the two pizzas we tried had virtually no topping. Our Hawaiian averaged one small piece of ham per slide! And you’ll pay a premium as well.
Good food. I enjoyed a nice lunch at The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen. Instead of the pizza buffet, which looked quite good, I opted for the catfish. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly.Sadly, it arrived just as most of my dining mates were finishing their meals.The service was friendly albeit a bit sporadic and uneven. The space is modern and pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.I will be back to try the pizza.
