Best tacos I’ve had in a long time. I was apprehensive at first based on others feedback, but I loved it. I will definitely go back! My wife loves the nachos. Kind of a hole in the wall, but I love this place.

I rodemyy beach cruiser over to the video store yesterday and stopped by GTS for a snack. The fish tacos ala carter are only $2.50 and they are GOOD! Served with small slices of lime. I wish that chips and salsa were included with the meal but you can’t have everything! Love the laid back ambiance here and the owner/cook is very friendly, also. Go here if you love authentic Mexican food!
I had tacos, al pastor(marinated pork) and lengua(tongue). Both were very good along with the hot sauce and limes. I highly recommend them!
Great Place. Very nice owner. We had quesadilla, burrito, and nachos. They were all great. The quality of the meat here seems high.

GREAT!. I love the food at Guadalajara Taco Shop. I think it is the most authentic tasting mexican food that I have had out side of Mexico. Their carne asada tacos are the best I have ever had, Period!!
