Freaking Fantastic Food! Do not enter if you want to avoid some of the best Mexican food on the North Oregon Coast. Carne Asada to kill for. Fish Taco lover’s dream. This place is about quality, quantity and incomparable cuisine. Locals have loved this place for years and those in the know from other compass points flock here when they arrive. I have yet to find a negative opinion about The Stand coming from any individual with competent thought.
The food is absolutely disgusting!! The carne Asada is full of fat and gristle! I could not even take a bite of the pork taco based on the smell, it honestly made me gag. Just gross and I’m so frustrated that I dropped $20 and could stomach nothing I ordered. Chips seem to be out of a bag and are not tasty. Do not eat here, it will ruin your day at the beach.
