Valentine’s Day dinner. We are locals in Seaside but we have gone to dinner at the Shilo many times. Tonight Shilo had a special menu and it was wonderful. We had the chicken linguini and the chicken melted in your mouth and the sauce was sooooo good. Dave was our waiter and as always pleasant and very helpful……If you get a chance to go there ask to sit in Dave’s section!!! He even packaged up our mud pie (which is ice cream) so we could race home to put it into the freezer….it was gigantic, Dave warned us but I thought, how big could it be? 4 people can share this desert, it was wonderful too…Thanks Shilo fo a great Valentine dinner!!
We did Happy Hour (Sat) and breakfast (Sun) and were thoroughly and favorably impressed with both food And service. Maybe the restaurant took to heart the negative comments? Restaurant view can’t be beat.
Rude service. Many other restaurants in Seaside which qualify better dining. Do not recommend this restaurant.
Horrible, arrogant servers. The worst service ever.
Don’t Bother With Breakfast!. We had the breakfast skillet. Overpriced and greasy. Difficult to get our beverage refilled, and there was quite a wait for the food. Not an experience that I’d repeat.
Our meal was ok! Not fantastic, the service was good & attentive. The view is obviously a huge winner. I might try it again, but I was not overly impressed.
