Amazing soup and service. Love the potato soup, the quiche, and the dinner rolls. The owner brings small town charm and genuine customer care to a tourist town that often becomes more about quantity of sales than personal service. Sadly, many people don’t even know that this restaurant exists… It is slightly off the main drag. I’ve been there several times outside of tourist season and the owner tells me that I am her only customer of the day… What a tragedy! I eat in Sisters very often. Ali’s is my favorite place to eat in town. For a delightful meal, go to Ali’s!
Great experience and tasty food! I had a soup and half sandwich for 8.50$. The soup was homemade, delicious, and a huge portion for a small. The sandwich was good too! I’d definitely go back!
This place is worth the visit just to meet the owner. The babushka burger is an interesting giant meatball sandwich and the soup was excellent. The food was not fancy but I have never felt more welcome anywhere.
Oh no!. Never again!
Over priced food and they charge extra for soy milk in your coffee. I have not had a cafe do that in a long long time.
My husband and I stopped in today for a delicious bowl of split pea and ham soup. We ordered one medium bowl with the idea that we would split it and they were kind enough to bring out an extra bowl. I am certain they gave us the portion of a large. The owner is an absolute doll. Can’t wait to come back!
Good so far. For years we went there for the black licorice ice cream, the best on the planet. we’ve recently branched out and tried her other offerings and so far pretty darn good. and of course the gal, I assume Ali, is as sweet as they get, she’s a true delight, can barely understand a word from her but who cares!! she’s worth the price of admission alone.
