Hands down the worst McDonald’s in the country. SLOW staff, and once again….. The order is never correct. I was overcharged, received over cooked old food that was cold. I am done. THE ONLY REASON THEY SURVIVE IS THE FACT THAT IT IS THE ONLY FAST FOOD IN TOWN!
Grouchy Staff. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Most of the staff is grouchy and per McDonalds standards the food is very poor.I have tried to contact the management about various experiences in the small food place….. But have yet to ever receive a response. I suspect the grouchy staff comes from the management!!If you are staying in Sisters….. Then you won’t have many choices for fast cheap food….
Shorted items, poor quality!. Our children love McDonalds and since we were on vacation I gave in to their request. We used the Drive Thru to dinner to take back to our house. We ordered and were charged for 40 McNuggets but only got 20. The oil used to cook the French Fries was so old the fries came out dark brown and chewy. They were not edible. I tried the store to complain but no one answered the phone. Avoid this poorly managed location.
I do not usually waste……….. My time or yours reviewing fast food restaurants. But this one may be worthy of your attention, if only by way of warning.Over the course of a 12 day hunting season, my companions and I had breakfast here on 4 separate occasions. (Sort of) Our orders were delivered incomplete in all four instances. We were 6 to 8 in number, ordered individually (but on one ticket each time). Each person’s order was read back to him by each of four counter persons. No once did all the food arrive. Today, when we went back to have the order completed minutes after we had received it, we were told that the grill had been changed to the lunch menu and it could not be done. The young woman did offer us free lunches, which was probably the limit of her authority, and appreciated, but we came in for breakfast in plenty of time to beat the breakfast deadline.The owners of this McDonald’s need to pay attention. I must conclude that 4 times running is not an anomaly. If I’m right they’re missing a huge amount of business. Not because customers are not walking in the door, but because they’re not being sold all of what they ask for. As a business man, I shudder to think what nightmares lurk in the drive-through window!
