I wanted to try a local Bar and Grill. The service was terrible with water downed drinks. The TV was too loud for such a small room and the bartender refused to turn down the volume.
Owners Daughter/Bad Service. Living in the neighborhood, I like to have my go to place…Thought this was it with the small non-crowded atmosphere!! After a few times of being a customer I found out why they are not busy….They have no idea what customer service means!! And as a result, the only people you find in the place are the local tweekers & vagrants!! And if you make it with dealing with people constantly asking you for handouts…you have to deal with the owners daughter who wants to sit on her ass while playing with her phone & guess what mood she’s in today??!! Trust me when I say…go a few blocks down the street to one of the other real establishments who have real employees who value their job!!!
Took a look……… On their third day open.I’d just had lunch so I just had a beer and got to know Erin, the friendly server/bartender.They don’t have a full kitchen, so their menu is a bit limited, for now. The place is clean and inviting. I learned that it’s brought to us by the folks who operate the excellent Shack B&G on the north end of Liberty. They’re currently open for dinner hours only, but I’m told a lunch opportunity may be forthcoming.I’ll be stopping in for a bite soon. More to come………..
