Do they even know how to smile?. Don’t get me wrong- I love the food and the coffee is great, they even let me bring my dog on the patio. What I don’t care for are the unhappy people making the coffee behind the counter. I know its a busy crazy job, but if you don’t like it- then quit. Why do they all look like they hate their life? Is it really that bad working there? Face it-people don’t go buy a 4 dollar cup of coffee to feel like crap- its a service industry- smile and act like you mean it.
Lunch hour mess. Disappointed today. Ordered from the drive through window, no visible line inside the restaurant, but no parking spaces, so I thought this should go quickly. Ordered a veggie Panini, granted, not their forte, but simple, and I could afford it. After 10 minutes, still waiting in the car, the waitperson came to the window and asked me to drive out and around to accommodate the car behind me. Did so. Asked when my order would be up, mentioned the 10+ minutes already waited, watched the woman who came after me drive away with her order. I was told it would be 5 more minutes. Really? It takes more than 15 minutes to grill a Panini? People on their lunch hour? When she finally give me my order, there was no explanation, no apology for the wait, not even a smile from either waitperson. Not professional, not service friendly, not worthy of a second visit any time soon.
Delightful!. The crepe portions were huge – I couldn’t finish mine, and I was quite hungry when we went in for a late lunch. Absolutely delicious, and the spinach was quite fresh. The coffee and tea were fantastic. The fact that they roast their coffee at the cafe was refreshing, and as a barista myself I greatly appreciated the well crafted latte.
Very Disappointed. I had very high expectations and when I finally dragged the boyfriend out there for dinner, we were both disappointed. He ordered the chicken cordon bleu dinner crepe and not only was the crepe under cooked, but the sauce it was drenched in was disgusting. It had more mushrooms than chicken…. I had ordered some type of turkey sandwich, and of course they were out of the bread…..So instead I ordered a bagel sandwich and immediately regretted it. For some reason the chef thought it wise to cover the bagel with horseradish, so that was the only thing I could taste. The service was awful and practically every table was piled with dirty dishes! It was not busy at all when we went and yet for some reason they couldn’t clean any tables. Definitely would not come back. Huge let down because I love Paris.
Good customer service, didnt take more than 10 minutes and it was decently crowded in there. 11 am on a Sunday was the time I ate. I got a bacon onion and mozzarella crepe and it was very good besides the bacon was fairly fatty. I would say 7/10. Nice building inside and out as well
Great breakfast. I enjoy french press not only because the patio is great in the summer, but the crepes are delicious whether you are looking for sweet or savory taste. The quality of the coffee is on par with any other coffe place in town. Great little place and good service.
