Poor quality of food. The taste was really off. The chicken had a bitter, soapy taste and was dried out. The margaritas were watered down. Our group had a bad experience and none of us would recommend this restaurant. There are much better ones in Salem.
Sshhh!…..Its a secret!. Monday-Friday you can get one heck of a deal here for lunch. A rotating menu of daily specials are awesome! For ONLY five bucks I can get enough food for lunch and dinner. My favorite one so far is the chicken carnitas plate with a huge amount of grilled breast meat, onions, peppers, salad, beans and rice. You also get home made tortillas and chips! So much good food for just the right price. Thanks Guadalajara for giving me a yummy real lunch that I can afford. So much better than any fast food on the block!
This is the best Mexican food I have had I very long time! Everything tastes authentic and homemade and I will be back to eat again! Also, the staff were very friendly and nice and the whole experience was a pleasure 🙂

Great food! I’ve never had something off the menu that wasn’t fabulous. The waite staff is attentive and accommodating. My favorite Mexican restaurant by far.
