    I was not provided receipts with my order. When I called in my order I stated I needed a receipt for business reasons. At the pickup counter I requested again that I needed a receipt for my first order. I had a second order that was placed and said I did not need a receipt with that order instead I did not receive any receipts at all. My mistake was assuming the receipt went in one of the bags. Upon calling in and letting them know I received no offer to repair the situation and that they would need me to restate everything I ordered to make a new receipt. I called back in to see if they could text or email and receive a lot of attitude why they could not. I had to come 15 minutes back across town to your restaurant and your employee (the same) answering the phone had a terrible attitude her name is Jordan. Not only did it take three times of not having anyone answer the phone upon calling in once I did receive an answer the attitude portrayed by Jordan was unacceptable and rude as if the situation was my fault. I don’t find this experience to be one that I’ve ever had at your restaurant or one that I ever plan to have again. We have decided this will not be a location we will purchase our weekly meals from again for the company. How a person treats you when they are in a position of serving you when you are paying for a product is a direct reflection on the training they received from your company. In our case when a situation occurs whether the fault of the customer or not we try our best to provide a great experience regardless, to ensure future business and loyalty. In Jordan’s case she had no interest in helping in any way and only wanted to get rid of and stop talking to her customer. My food is now cold and at the company while I have driven back to pick up the receipts. I was also impressed she had the same attitude in person upon my arrival. I was given the receipts with nothing else as compensation.

Me and the daughter were going to do fast food dinner this evening but 5 Guys was full so we took off and i remembered this place and Had to try.Its bright,breezy modern open space restaurant..order from small menu up front and they call your name when ready.I got the #4 with was Hawaiian style pulled pork with rice and mac salad; Very nice, i was very hungry and really enjoyed the pork with a good dash of their excellent BBQ sauce.Daughter got the huli huli chicken sandwich which also was very good but too much for her.Overall very good for a inexspensive dinner.
