SO SAD. My adult daughter and I have been long time customers of Los Baez. Then 2 times in a row, the chips were stale and we quit going. We each recently purchased gift certificates from Half Price Oregon, so we tried it again. This time the chips were fresh and the food very good. However, here are some complaints we have.1. In order for us each to use our certificates, we had to sit at different tables, even if we were paying separately. This is ridiculous and also costs them more as they must furnish 2 tables with chips and salsa. Discourages friends from going there to eat together. Their loss. 2. Daughter was served right away, and I received my water, chips and salsa right away, however, no one came back to take my order. The restaurant was full when I came in so I had to sit around the corner. After about 10 minutes, a table on the main strip emptied, so I move there thinking I would be in better view. A waitress began to clear the table next to me and I had to ask her if someone would take my order. By the time I finished eating, I was the only customer left and all employees had disappeared. I had to leave the certificate and money at the register. Some people would have left without paying. 3 This was the busiest I have seen LB in years. Probably because of the certificate. Great way to build business unless you alienate the customer when they. come.

Left before I even ordered!. So I walked in and was greeted politely and was seated. This is where the good stuff stops happening. From there we were seated with our waters and some pretty bland salsa. After that I did not see anybody. I never received a menu nor asked about a drink. I did have one guy ask how we were doing, which I responded we were waiting for a drink order and a menu and promptly never saw him again. Of course at this point the girlfriend and I left.

Worst mexican??? food ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is a joke for a mexican resturant!!! you are better off going to taco bell!!! i asked the waiter/owner for a real salsa with jalapenos in it and he gave me some bs. i have lived in different parts of mexico and even tj has a better chance of real good mexican food!!! the prices where crazy for cheese enchiladas, rice & beans. i only ate part of the beans with the tortillas the rest was just sh..t. even my mexican husband said this place was only for for people who knew nothing about mexican food….even tacos. save your money and time and go to anywhere else. if you really love mexican food, take my advice!!

We always enjoy it.. No problem with what we order here….Typically I get the chicken chimi w guac, and the guacamole is quite good, chicken well seasoned. Hubby gets the fajitas or the taco salad and we enjoy both.

Pretty good, not great. A pretty good Mexican restaurant in a city full of great Mexican restaurants. It’s a place I’d be glad to be taken out to, but thanks to better alternatives wouldn’t really choose to eat at.

Nasty, worse Mexican food I have ever tried! I took one bite and gaged, the rice was mush and beans looked like a can of cheap dog food. Save your money.

Very quick service. Went here for lunch and I got the Wally Burrito. We got our food about 5 mins after ordering it. Super quick and it was all hot. I really enjoyed myself but my mother had a few issues, the salsa was too hot for her and they gave her refried beans instead of black beans which she had ordered. I would still come back again without hesitation.
