Great date! The Salem roll is amazing. Always tastes fresh. We go here all the time. I love options for booth seating or table seating. Salem wouldn’t be the same without momijis.

TOO SALTY!. First time of husband and I to try this restaurant, I had the pork tonkatsu which I was craving for a long time and husband had some sushi, After 35 minutes the food arrive, I was disgusted that I couldn’t eat my food, pork was too salty, and the sauce as well. I had to get a box and just to take it home but I threw it in the trash because I don’t want to be rude, The waitress never came back to check on us until she handed us the bill and never even asked if we want some dessert or something, but husband want some more Sushi but he was disappointed also and we just paid the bill and left. Customer service sucks! Won’t come back!
Sushi is ok. The service stinks!!!!
New Digs!. This new location opened yesterday and is much roomier and airier than their old Commercial ST location. As is usual with Sushi places, the decor is minimalist. It still uses the same fresh delicious ingredients and you can watch the sushi chef put these wonderful creations together right in front of you.Today I had a Spicy California Roll and and Oyako Donburi Rice Bowl with Chicken and Onions. The Roll was excellent and was served with fresh Ginger and Wasabi. The Donburi was very good too. Unfortunately I ran out of room before I ran out of food.I ran into an old pal from my other life as a real estate broker and sat near him at the bar. He was a friend of the owner and introduced us. SWMBO and I have eaten at all of the other three locations and had never met him. He is a very nice young man.If you like good fresh Sushi, Momiji’s is always a safe bet. Stop by an try the new store. And tell ’em Chuck sent you!
