Love having local Italian deli that has incredible tiramisu and cannolis. Italian cheeses are great too. Very sad that they closed in December 2014. They didn’t close because of service, financial or quality problems!
I felt like was back East – wonderful home made food, especially the Caprese Salad! This place is located in downtown Newberg. The building used to be a bank but now the vault is food storage – very intriguing.
My daughter, her husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch in this fine deli in Newberg. The staff exhibit excellent attitudes, the sausage and bread bless the palate, and the music kept us chatting for longer than we planned to stay.
I am delighted that this authentic Italian deli has choices for vegetarians–grilled veggie sandwich, soup, kale salad, pasta salad.
Stop into Bonaventura at lunch time for a spectacular bowl of soup or some meatballs and marinara! Yum!! The house made Italian sausage in the lentil soup was the best I’ve ever tasted! Highly recommend making a stop here!!
