  T&T tourist. My wife and I were fortunate enough to find Holsteins while visiting a relative in the Dalles. We frequented them on numerous occasions, and were NEVER disappointed, cold or hot. We were treated to EXACTLY what we ordered, and the staff was totally courteous, including the smiles. My only problem with them was they won’t deliver to our home, in Wyoming, BUT, we’ll be back!!!

  So i have been going to holsteins for about 6 years. Coffee always the best, serivce with a smile. My reason for this review is because today i stopped on my way home and low and behold…horrible horrible service. What is up some peoples butts is unimaginable to me.. you ask for an iced coffee and oh it comes out hot so instead of remaking the what .25 coffee that you just charged me 4$ for you dump 5 ice cubes in it and tell me it wont be cool for a bit. Seriously your only job is to make Coffee’s and make them right. So when you dont do that what do you expect will come from that? Return customers? Happy customers? Im telling you now i have never been treated so rudely ever, not even the establishments (dutch bro, starbucks) you know why?! Cause they get it. Piss off your customers and they wont come back. Holstein’s you have no hold on me and now my $ and my tips will somewhere else. Keep it up, your on your way

  Being new to The Dalles, I am looking to find my hone town coffee shop. After receiving awful customer service and burnt coffee, I’ve decided Holstein’s will not be my place. Disappointing considering the cute building and convenient location!
