Petite Provence continues to cheapen their food. In the past they changed the wonderful buttery flavor of their croissants to just bread flavored. Now it appears they have eliminated the egg wash on the croissants. They no longer look appetizing. I wonder how long it will take before The Dalles recognizes that this store is the step child in the chain and the Portland owners dont appear to care that their reputation is being tarnished.
