Sooooo GOOD!. This place is great! They have brisket, ribs, chicken, burgers and other BBQ items. They are all organic and locally sourced and are very delicious. They also have organic sides that are all great. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced. This is by far the best place to eat in the Dalles and the only place worth supporting that we have tried.

Food with integrity. Anyone who is aware of how bad GMO’s and overly processed foods really are for a body’s health will appreciate the farm-to-table aspect and organic quality of Skyline’s food. Excellent BBQ and the chicken/slaw wrap is delicious. I don’t mind paying a little more in order to avoid the GMO ingredients found in the food at virtually all other restaurants.
Amazing BBQ. I just had one of the best beef brisket sandwiches I have ever consumed. That says a lot since I was raised in the South where we are very picky about our barbecue. The owner is friendly and I was able to enjoy my sandwich in sunshine at the park just steps away.
