Subject: microwave. So sorry to hear about your dissapointment with the sounds from the kitchen. It is our commercial convection oven which you were hearing, in which we roast our vegetables. No microwave can give that toasty oven roasted flavor that our patrons know and love! Our roasted veggies are one of our most popular side dishes and we cook them to order every time, hence the sounds from the oven!
