I am very upset after my recent visit to this restaurant. The manager would not honor a deal (Feed Your Pack $10) on the drive thru reader board. After arguing for several minutes and cars lining up behind us honking, we pulled around and went inside. I was admittedly upset, but went to the counter and explained the situation to a kindly gentleman, who said he believed they did have that deal. The manager then approached, cut the man off and sent him away, and then she said there was no such deal. I tried to show her a picture of the advertisement out front of her own store and she refused to look at it. I raised my voice, and she kicked us out of the store. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere, let alone McDonald’s. That manager deserves to be fired. I will not be returning to this location.
