Oh my godd! Splendid food with awesome service and super fast and quick staff. Loved the place and definitely looking forward to coming here again. No words to describe the cheesecakes because they’re foodgasmic!
Best serves ever. I went into the Cheesecake Factory and our server Natalie was amazing. She was super personable yet not push. She checked in on us but not too much and really made is feel comfortable and taken care of. I thought the place was a little too uniformed which I don’t like but Natalie had her own flare which really helped us all feel at ease. The food was amazing I had chicken and biscuits which was recommend and we of course stayed for Cheesecake. Over all a great experience will head back again soon
Great Service = Great Experience. My experience today at the Cheesecake Factory in the Washington Square was completely opposite from what it was on my birthday last year. We were seated fairly quickly, the food was good, and our waiterPaulwas awesome. Paul really bumped up the experience for me: he was friendly, charming, and professional. He checked up on us frequently (but not too frequently), he made a design out of mine and my mother’s napkins, and he boxed up my leftovers. Fantastic experience!
Pretty good for a chain
Happy, happy, happy. Bellagio Chicken — that,s all I can say. It,s outrageous and I’ve had it probably 5 or 6 times. Consistently prepared and is something really special.Service is usually pretty good with a few exceptions but nothing terrible. Prices are reasonable and yes the Cheesecake is really good and worth the $ 7.00 a slice or so.Only draw back is it,s very loud everywhere. If you want a quiet meal, better go somewhere else.
Quick tip: if the menu is 40+ large and has full page ads, THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT ANYTHING. People, come on. This food is disgusting. My chicken pasta was boiled noodles with a microwaved can of stew tomatoes dumped on top with all the water, and a breast of chicken thrown on top, for $15!!! Come here for dessert if you must. But stop pretending it’s a good dinner experience. It’s not. This place is total crap.
One of my favorite places to go with my girlfriend food is great always hot and the service is outstanding
