I am super excited about these guys coming to Oregon, but the corporate trainers left too soon. I have been here four times since they opened a few weeks ago and the common theme in their mistakes is poor listening skills.Their high school staff they have here often is in la la land.Tonight when I ordered my soup to go, I asked for the bread bowl on the side to ensure it wasn’t saturated when I got home. After waiting ten minutes for my order, of course the order was wrong, which led to a 22 minute wait from start to finish.I love these guys in Cali and Salt Lake City. This location needs to do a better job of hiring and training…
