The food, ambiance, and service were mediocre, but it was very clean and well run. Our food came very quickly. It is a very kid friendly place which is nice.
After all the hype about this place I was very disappointed in it. My main complaint is the food was so very bland. No seasoning at all. The meatloaf tasted like ketchup and had a mushy texture. The chicken & dumplings was so bland and the texture of the dumplings was awful. The fried okra, mashed potatoes, hash brown casserole all suffered from no seasoning which means no flavor. The one positive was the staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Overall this chain restaurant did not live up to it’s reputation
