Awesome st. Louise ribs. Big potion of ribs and drinks.. juicy and tender ribs. but the rib tips are too dry and chewy for me.. the grill pineapple are too chewy as well.. tasteless strawberry Margarita… with excellent services even we go there an hour before they close..

Solid BBQ. It is a chain but the standards are high personally I like the sauce. It’s a sweet one but with a little tang. I had the special of fried catfish and ribs. Catfish came in strips. Fish was moist flaky and great. Coating was light and crunchy. Great dish. Four ribs that were cooked just right. They were very meaty. I’m not a fan of the beans. Nothing wrong with them they just don’t wow me. Truth be told nobody was wowed. Drunkin apples were a different story. Cinnamon and a nice crunchy slice made this dish very enjoyable. Dessert were two minis, bread and bannana puddings. Both very good. I liked the Hot bread pudding wife liked the bannana. Like this spot much more than the express spot in Beaverton

They must have found a great deal….. On galvanized pipe when the world went to PVC, because they’ve used it everywhere. For doorhandles, bar rails, paper towel dispensers on the tables. You can’t get out of eyesight of galvanized pipe. Funky? Maybe. The mixed reviews had me a little dubious about the place. But I thought it was alright. The service was fast and efficient. Joel, my server, did a cracker jack job.For $13.99, pre tip, I had a third slab of St Louis Style Ribs (4 bones), a side of Baked Beans, a side of Collard Greens and a Cornbread Muffin. The Ribs were just fine. Nice and smoky. The Beans could easily have been Van Camp’s with the addition of extra Brown Sugar. Not bad, but they had me dreaming of Wild Hog BBQ on 82nd. The Collard Greens were salty to the point of ruination. The Cornbread was just the way I like it; sweet, moist and cake-like.Their Sauce selection was impressive with six versions on the tables. The Devil Spit was tasty but lacked the implied fire. Wilbur’s Revenge heartily picked up the slack there though. My favorite, Rich and Sassy had an undefinable flavor that took me on a ’60’s flashback to an English pipe tobacco I used to smoke called Balkan Sobranie. Can’t explain it, but it happened.Even with the two side set-backs, I still like this place and am voting accordingly. Next time I’ll try the Slaw and maybe some Mac & Cheese.

Brisket fan. I always go for their brisket. Can’t go wrong there. Had the newly added collard greens as a side. This recipe is not doing this southern dish any justice at all. WAY too much meat (bacon & ham?) in the greens. I picked out most of the meat because I couldn’t taste the greens. Literally half of the dish was meat! My family is from Mississippi and collard greens are meant to be flavored with a LITTLE bit of meat not most comprised of meat. Re-do on recipe please Mr. Famous Dave.

Had the feast for two and it was awesome. More food then you could want. Brisket to die for. I’ve never screen such a great sauce selection at the table . Best BBQ place I’ve been. Can’t wait to go back.

Stay away from the pulled pork unless you’d like to break your teeth. Twice now I’ve gotten a portion of the Georgia chopped pork scraped from the bottom of the pan – hard, burned, absolutely unchewable bits of tasteless rubber.

Overrated. I went to this place with family. The food was not worth the hype. My brisket was half of what everyone else got. My mac and cheese was runny. The corn on the cob was good and the root beer on tap. I won’t be going back ever.
