Lobster Bisque Recipe Change?. Service and salad was great today – however, their $14.00 bowl of lobster bisque was very disappointing which was the reason I went to eat there today. They had a stack (1/2 cup) of greasy/flavored croutons compacted underneath about a tablespoon of lobster meat – so you think you are getting a good scoop of meat when in reality it is spicy bread croutons mashed to look like lobster. Once they poured the broth over the stack, I couldn’t taste the tiny bit of lobster, and the broth was overly rich and tasted like flour. Just a lot of soggy croutons of which I took out and put on the plate because they were not edible.Was really surprised and disappointed:(
