Bad Business Practice!!!. Didn’t even eat at the New Country Inn and I don’t like it. My husband surprised me at work today to take me to lunch. We went to eat at Mashita’s Teriyaki in Tualatin, (which is yummy & very affordable). Anyhow, we parked in what we thought was a community parking lot for New Country Inn, Juan Colorado’s & Mashita’s. Imagine our surprise when we went to get in our vehicle and it had been towed. The only signs posted where we parked say Customer Parking Only, but does not specify which business. When we went into the New County Inn to ask about it they said we had parked in their parking lot and it had been towed. Seriously?? Obviously they watched us park there and called Retriever Towing, (another bad experience). The time it took them to call the towing company, they could of shouted at us on the sidewalk that if we weren’t eating at their restaurant we should move our car or it would be towed. Which would of been very much appreciated. Instead we ended up with a $330 bill from the tow truck company and a bar I will never go to. Wonder what kind of kick back Retriever Towing is giving New Country Inn?
