Tried to go here about 3 times and it was always closed with a note on the door.Finally got there for lunch.Menu is pretty confusing, short tempered register staff that didn’t have a clue with what was on the menu, the food is vieta cheese with bits of frozen meat.The small portion, wow, it’s SMALL. No gastric bypass needed there ! It’s a tiny portion. The gas afterwards, geez. It’s all processed and frozen fast food. Not quality and not quantity. I’ll stay away from this place in the future.There is much better within walking distance.Disappointed.
Not kid friendly, poor service, not authentic or yummy. We were excited to try the new Cajun Life in DT Gresham. We were highly disappointed. This is not kid friendly. No kid menu. All the food is spicy. We dined with another couple and tried most menu items.The boudin took an extra 15-20 minutes it’s casing was chewy and not worth the wait. The Sausage, which also took 15-20 minutes was cut out of a 4-pack of prepackaged sausage, heated and stuffed in s roll. It was a hot dog. The crawfish with melted cheese in a roll was crawfish in nacho cheese. All processed. We saw cans of Campbell’s soup dumped into pots. There was nothing special, tasty or interesting about this place. Oh did I mention there are no veggies on the menu? Not one unless you count the canned stewed tomatoes in the touffe. The atmosphere is ok. Clean. Your food is served in plastic to go containers, even if eating in. You are given plastic ware and paper cups.
So delicious!. I’ve had the sampler and rice and beans. Both were so extremely good they have me wanting to go back and try more.
Excellent food & service!. Greatly enjoyed our dinner at A Cajun Life! Delicious and authentic. Don’t miss it!
Heaven in your mouth!. Food is delicious authentic Cajun. Even the Louisana swap pop hits the spot. This is a must stop if you are a Cajun fan.
