I was so excited to order cupcakes this morning for my daughter’s birthday party, it’s one of the only places that offers gluten-free and regular cupcakes. I have called three times leading up to today, to check the flavors and if I can special order anything ahead of time. I was told repeatedly that you can’t order ahead, just come when they open on Saturday morning. I was there right when they opened, and they didn’t even have enough of the two flavors I was looking for (which was literally FIVE of one flavor). Because there wasn’t enough, I couldn’t get the dozen pricing. I asked if there was going to be more made, or more in the back, and was told no. A half hour after I left I called to doublecheck their flavors, and what do you know, they had made more of what I had ordered and that they had ran out of. This seems like a slimy way of getting people to pay more, or buy other kinds that aren’t as popular. I’m very disappointed that my situation was handled so unprofessional. I ended up paying more than I should have, for not the flavors I was intending to buy. I will not be returning for any of my other kids birthdays. I hope this can serve as a warning to other potential customers. I was very disappointed with my experience and the service.

Love it!. Oh my gosh, I love this place so much. The workers are super nice and the cupcakes are to die for especially the toffee cupcake I would do unspeakable things for those cupcakes! I just wish they had a Portland location, I hate Gresham.
