Food was good. Menu is layers out very weird. The worker was more interested in cleaning than helping us… His bleach stained shirt was his most memorable asset. Kid who made food was really cool and nice. Good place to go when you’re in a pinch.
Best bread of any sandwich shop ever. Seriously soft doughy bread is just the start of the experience at big town hero. To back that up they stuff it with meat cheese and vegetables which always leaves me to wonder… why do I ever go to subway or some lesser joint? The costs are pretty much the same as a premium foot long elsewhere, but the quality of the sandwich is a lot higher.
This place is great, good food and great staff. The manager there was very nice and hospitable.
