Worst service of the 3+ times we have been there!. We had a party there, about 30 people. We called ahead and made reservations. Restaurant was dead. The party room was just us. We all ordered drinks and food. was over an hour wait for food, and drinks came after the food arrived. Tried to order in the bar, and the waitress said no. There was only one waitress working and she was working the bar also. Then a new trainee came in too. One other lady, maybe owners wife came. They needed way more wait staff, for the party they were expecting. Last time we came in was the weekend of the cruise in, same thing crappy waiting and understaff. I see why now this place has gone out and came back so many times. Hire better wait staff! What you are doing isnt working!
Happy hour in the garden is great! Very kid friendly. The Hops burger will make you want to come back for more!! Good deal on good food and friendly service too!
Walked in here around 4:00, saw a waitress behind the bar so I figured I’d sit there and take advantage of their dollar tacos and happy hour. Wrong. The waitress walked outside to talk to some friends at one of the two occupied tables. (The place was literally deserted.) After fifteen minutes, I walked through the outside seating area directly past the waitress who continued to ignore me. Are you serious? I don’t spend money where I’m not wanted.
Have been here three times only once was service slow and they were packed that time.Best pizza in town!!! And everything else I have had has been good!!! And the atmosphere is Great! Always friendly staff, Keep up the good work
Didn’t Really Like It SO Much…The Prime Rib Didn’t Taste Very Good, And The Mash Potatoes Tasted Like Instant…
1st visit… I will be back. This place is hidden in downtown Gresham… I did not know they were there. Good Food, Great atmoshere. Lots of games for the kids. great location for a team party. Looks like it would have a great night life.
Service is horrible….over an hour to receive our food. Claimed that they had a huge order but didn’t see it. It wasn’t that busy. Steak was over cooked and food was bland unless it was fried.
