Very Good BBQ. Very good ribs and brisket. Good deep smoke, rub is top notch. Other meats are so-so. Good sauce. I mix sweet with a touch of hot. Pretty good sides. Beans, fries, green salad are good. Not the greatest potato salad, but adequate. I have had exceptional BBQ in Kansas City which is why I’m critical. But I also know that Texas and Kansas BBQ are different. In the top 5 for Portland though. Grade B
