I’ve been coming to the location since the owners were apart of the Muchas Gracius corporation. The owners are wonderful people. I have eaten here probably twice a week on average since they opened. Always had great food and wonderful service. They then changed to Chuy’s and still it was very good and far above the other Mexican restaurants in the area. Not long after the conversion to Don Ladis (6 months ago) the service, the cleanliness and the ability to pay attention to detail started to slip. Not sure if they are having trouble hiring good workers, but something has changed. I have food allergies and in the past they always made sure to not make any mistakes that could lead to severe stomach and allergic reactions. I have wasted $100’s of dollars in the last 6 months on food that I could not eat because of mistakes. I feel really bad because I really like the people at Don Ladis, but it is not what it used to be. Not sure if I will return.
