BEST AROUND TOWN. LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been looking for a great local Chinese restaurant around this area and have not cam across one I’ve liked! Me and my boyfriend tried the one in downtown troutdale because everyone was telling us about how good it is and we were not impressed we thought it wasn’t good quality at all. We drive by this place all the time although it is not called Fortuna Chinese anymore I believe its called Village garden Chinese. Anyway everything was made fresh to order and you can tell and it was just sooooo amazing loved every bit of our food. huge portions though but still really great.
