Listen, they fired 2 people for telling someone that they were closed and they were finishing up the people they already had. That person made a review and videos and got them fired. They could have been relying on the money for rent, food, bills and now their whole situation changed

Stopped by the bakery shortly after it had opened. I got a mini cake, the flavor I believe is called cookies and cream. The mini cake was $8, and to me that seems like a reasonable price for the baked good. I am not vegan myself, but always open to dessert. It tasted like normal cake, and you wouldn’t have even known the difference. I would go back and try more stuff here for sure.

Great gem in Alberta! The spiked apple cinder needed more of a spike and to be a bit hotter. The brunch as fantastic! The servers hustled through a slammed morning. Great place- feels like Portland.

I love Back to Eden! This was the first gluten-free bakery I came across since becoming gluten-sensitive. Their cinnamon roll is my VERY FAVORITE baked good. EVER. The quality of everything at Back to Eden is fantastic

Incredible selection and really well executed vegan and gluten free sweet and savory deliciousness to shove in your face. Perfect for hot days or cold ones. They’ve got it all. Rose water donuts, lemon cream pie, coconut bliss soft serve, oh god it’s all so good!

Vegan GF can tast amazing. I stopped in because they were gluten free not realizing they were also vegan and I was scared of this. I was wrong to be!The guy at the counter was kind pointed out some great items and was nice to talk to.The chocolate sea salt macaroon was finger licking good! The pumpkin woodie pie was spectacular it was so moist and creamy … No dairy and that creamy … Wow!!I also got a chocolate peanut butter cupcake but haven’t tried that yetIf I am ever in Portland again I will be stopping by for sure

Spectacular! Yummy gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free treats! Love this place! Lavender cheesecake was good, as well as the fudge! Alberta street is a fun area too. Employees were nice.
