  Eat here today. Seriously, go today. Their vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free herbivore tacos are delectable. Their impressive carnivore menu, adult drinks, and great service = a winning place for dinner.Finding food that fits my adjectives after 9 PM in Portland, Oregon is a challenge. This restaurant is open until 2 AM and makes delicious, fresh tacos. I had pulled jackfruit tacos with masala cashews and orange basil vinaigrette, and an Indian-spiced potato taco with Peruvian slaw. They were big in size and flavor. The Indian-inspired one was good, but the jackfruit ones were fantastic. I also enjoyed chips and salsa. The chips were made to order, and the salsa made fresh. Winning, winning, winning. I highly, highly recommend eating here.

  Stumbled onto this place ! Great drinks and I loved the Taco’s .. Green meanie was amazing! The drinks were yummy! Nice indoor outdoor seating ! I would defiantly come back!

  Mothra Says..Taco’s and More. Cruz Room Taco Lab…. First and foremost: this is not a Mexican Restaurant! There are no conventional Mexican tacos here. Now, dont get me wrong… I love a traditional Mexican taco but, dont look for it here. On Alberta at Cruz Room Taco Lab, you will find a quite a lot of unique and very tasty tacos right around $3.00 each. With our friends M & M who have made this restaurant a staple, we arrived recently and according to M, must order the Tots. One for the table is just fine. We ordered a round of cocktails from the infused liquor menu. The tots arrived lickity-split and boy were they tasty: hot tots with scallions, diced tomatoes, and a cool creamy chipotle sauce. Mmmm. Shortly thereafter, our plates of specialty tacos began to arrive… all on small round soft corn tortillas. Ks were the Green Meanie and Bobs Your Uncle. Me, I had the Red rocket, The Jerk, The Green Acres, and later the Phuket, a chicken with lemon grass. I will say that although the tots and tacos were really good and unique, the drinks were not. Just not a fan of whoever was mixing the drinks that night. And, Eric our server was average at best, rushing us while tapping his toes. Just like in the movies. Funny.Well definitely be back as Cruz Room Taco Lab is a place to sit and dine if you are either famished or just peckish. Mothra says… Killer tacos & tots. Well be back. 3.40 of 5.0

  The Poco and the taco with the meatballs and mole were disgusting. Service was poor. Their menu online is not accurate. As for the Asian salad side- it tasted like it came straight from a bag and the dressing was boring. Go to Pot que no instead!

  Creative and Delicious. I was visiting Portland and this was the first place I went just by luck. They had a lot of good local beers on tap and the taco lab was ridiculous. The combinations were very creative. I am a vegetarian and they had a lot of options. Two tacos and a side of spicy tots for $7.50. You gotta try it.

  Tasty. Stopped by here last Saturday for a drink and some bites. Several veggie taco options – very creative and seriously tasty. Interesting mixed drinks as well. The prices are reasonable, and the plate of two tacos and a side was good. I was pleasantly surprised since I hadn’t heard of it before.
