I have eaten here numerous times and I can say with all honesty, this restaurant offers authentic flavors at VERY affordable prices. Such a wonderful experience every time I go!
You will NOT go hungry. Portions are large. Chicken is seasoned well, Beans could be more flavorful, rice was undercooked, but cilantro was a tasty addition. It would be nice if they offered black beans. Tortillas don’t fall apart making for a clean eat. Staff is friendly and the place is a good casual vibe. Worth your time if you’re in the are and looking for Mexican.
Went on a Friday afternoon. Wasn’t very busy and service was prompt. That’s where the good part ends. Had a chili relleno served in a bowl with a broth like sauce. Flavor was okay but the broth just made the batter on the chili soggy and not very appetizing. Had a lengua burrito that was huge ! But so much rice , beans and lettuce I could hardly tell the lengua was in there. My wife’s enchiladas had good flavor but was so cold the cheese one wasn’t even melted. They need less of the fast and more of the execution for me to return !P. S. And the chips were stale !
