Very slow. I fully agree with Hillary. The service is extremely slow. There is no reason it should take 10 minutes for them to make me one sandwich. There are always plenty of employees working but Hillary is right, it is like everything becomes slow motion when you enter their store. Very frustrating.
Room for Improvement. I love Subway & I love Vernonia. I’m not writing this to be mean. This place is so clean & the people who work here are very, very nice. I’ve been here 5 times and it has taken at least 20 minutes each time. My order consists of 2 sandwiches (which are basically the same) & there is nobody in the place but me. Please! customers come first, always!!! If you’re chopping vegetables, please stop. Focus on your customer & do your best to get them their food & pay as fast as you can. I feel like somebody hits the slow motion button each time I go in there. There are always two people there. In other subways the second person will come up to the cash register & ring the customer up while the other finishes the sandwich. I’ve been at some really busy Subways & the system works!! Please, New Owners address this problem. Sorry.
