Great spot for a quick weekday breakfast or all-out weekend brunch! The grounds are beautiful and building itself is a work of art! Soder offers authentic Scandinavian brunch fare for an affordable price. The bleskiver were well cooked and well accompanied by the cardamon. The savory lefse was my favorite bite! The salty ham, creamy cheese and the thin lefse topped with over-easy eggs is exactly what I like to eat for breakfast. Another highlight; the ligonberry mimosa. I plan on visiting again for the authentic cuisine and attentive staff.
