  • While all else is accurate, we have eaten at Trees many times and for 3 or 4, NEVER spent even close to 150.00. Its very reasonable. Maybe 60.00 for 4…

  • Went to Tree's tonight with my family. They are all awesome. Food was great and Jillian is very attentive. We are glad you are here…

  • Good news: food was pretty good .Bad news: service was poor. Feels like employees need a make over. Sloppy appearance, rough personalities and not too…

Mothra Says….View Yes, Lunch….. K and I have driven past this somewhat residential restaurant in Sherwood and have wanted to try it out for a lunch. Well, today was that day.We parked behind the townhome complex and found our way to the restaurant so aptly named as a 180 degree view from the dining room and deck have views of 20-50 foot towering trees. Very nice.We waited in the lobby but after a time asked the bartender if we could seat ourselves. Yeah, sure, anywhere you want. We sat by the unlit fireplace near the bar and shortly thereafter the bartender handed out menus and took our drink order. This is a rather nice looking upscale restaurant with lunch prices in the $10- $19.00 arena. Sandwiches, burgers, pastas, salads, soups; and other full on entrees nearer to $20. Our two hot teas with a very large Tazo assortment arrived and as you know, Tazo teas are quite delicious. As we steeped, our sandwiches arrived. K did it again. Her grilled chicken club with tomato, lettuce, bacon, swiss cheese, and lemon aoli looked and tasted fantastic. The chicken was tender, and the ciabota roll was slightly toasted and very tasty. My catfish po boy was a large filet (see photo) with tomato, lettuce, house made tarter all on a hoagie roll. This fish sandwich was hot hot hot however…….the catfish although seasoned in a cornmeal crust, lacked flavor. Yikes! The fish tasted watery. The fish lacked any flavor outside of the fantastic cornmeal crust. Had I not known this was catfish, it could have been any white cod filet. The sandwich was good, but did not rock me. Now those sweet potato fries were great and crispy, Ks hand cut regular fries were limp and oily. So, do we come back and try it one more time? Yes. In the summer when we can sit outside on the beautiful deck overlooking the tall trees, sipping a glass of wine, and trying something different off of the menu.Average but adequate service, hit and miss flavors. Lunch, 2 teas, tip, out the door at $37.00 Mothra says…..3.10 of 5.0

Great Dining Experience. Had a fantastic dining experience at Trees Sherwood the other night. My wife and I were pleasantly greeted and seated immediately. The staff is more than accommodating, and we dined upon an incredible salmon dish cooked to perfection for my wife, and the authentic gumbo for me.I highly recommend Trees if you want a taste of real Nawlins (New Orleans) food prepared by a chef who paid her dues in that city and earned a wonderful reputation.

Horrible Service. Each time I have been to Trees I have had horrible service. The older bar tender ignores you! Like you’re not even there! Also the owner is super rude to her employees right in front of customers! I wont be going back. The food is very good. Just not good service!

NOT WORTH IT. Food was sub-par. Service was the same, waitress was aloof and the drinks – eh. Weird combo of Italian and Southern?? Pick one or the other. I have been there once before, tried to give it a second chance. Don’t go unless you want to pay for food you could make on your own at home.

Never Again…. I wish I had read the reviews before we made the drive there. Drinks are good, food is mediocre and service is poor. Not worth the drive.

Dear Emily. We are soo sorry you could not understand that giving your daughter or sister alcohol after she admittedly did not have her ID would upset us. If we get in trouble with the OLCC we could loose our license and loose our business. It is really too bad you can not have any empathy for us as small business owners. It is a huge deal in the state of Oregon and to us as responsible vendors of alcohol. If this translated to be rude to you we are sorry. We do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Nor would our regulars appreciate if we closed for violations. We have become a staple for the neighborhood. Bring your ID and we will gladly serve you.

Food was alright, owner/bartender is RUDE and something that rhymes with witch…Let’s just put it this way – it was supposed to be a celebratory night for a big step in my sister’s life, and the owner completely ruined it with her behavior, attitude, and treatment of her customers. The only thing that was redeeming about this place was the average food and the good live guitarist and singer. Thank you guitar-player, sir, for making our painfully uncomfortable time there a little more endurable.
