The name of the restaurant we were trying to find was different than where it brought us. The food here was good but the place is really cluttered and they say us in a table in the center of the room despite asking for a wall space. The whole place is themed as a cartoon safari which is very weird considering its on the coast. There is a gift store in the middle of the restaurant that looked nice and well priced. They were starting to put up Halloween decorations today (sept. 17th) which made it even more cluttered. Within 5 minutes of sitting down at the table we had 3 servers ask us what we wanted to drink. Good service is nice but they seemed unorganized. The food was pretty expensive but tasted good. They charged me 3.25 to add cheese and gravy to a side order of hash browns which seemed very expensive to me. Overall this place is a good place to spot to get good food, however it’s kind of a weird environment and I think I will find another place to go the next time I’m in town.
Nice place. The food has always been good and the service really good. Usually there for breakfast. The California omelette is very good. Only issue I’ve ever had there was with the cashier. Speed is not a requirement for that job
Have been there many times. Good food! Only complaint are the idiots who figure they can keep talking on their cell phone….and not doing it quiet either! Wish some places would ban cell phones while eating.
Love love it. Super chill, relaxed fun family setting. come as you are and enjoy great food… my favorite dish is the Hawaiian chicken burger with fries ! best fries in town and add salad bar for only $2.00 crazy good … great service by chester!!!
The pancakes are good but the chicken fried steak was the worst we have ever had. I ordered it for dinner and my husband ordered it off the breakfast menu. Both gravies were bland and the breading on the steaks were crispy but had no flavor either. Very disappointing.
We were excited to try it, but once we arrived we were ready to leave. The service was terrible-we had to ask for WATER refills-the food was less than mediocre, and the prices were way too high. Not what we expected, especially on a Sunday afternoon. Truly disappointing!
Breakfast was outstanding! Best pancakes and bacon around! Eggs and hash browns, French toast good too. Service was slow but worth the wait. A Lincoln city classic that should be part of every visit.
