A little different…………… Don’t look for a storefront, there isn’t one. It’s tucked away in the Chemeketa Community College Center for Business and Industry. Hence the B&I presumably. It’s really more of an espresso stand than a restaurant. The limited menu includes Croissant Sandwiches, Whole Grain Sandwiches, Veggie Sandwiches, Bagels, Muffins, Scones, Cookies, Brownies, Fruit and Veggie Trays, Chicken Salad and Whole Fruit. I had the WG Sandwich which today was Turkey, Ham, Lettuce and a slice of what may have been very mild cheddar cheese. It was OK. A very vivacious young woman named Mary was the Barista, and I suspect proprietor. I probably will never be a regular, but it was a nice diversion from my normal lunch routine.
