You’d be better of going to Roberts Crossing. Bently’s was a terrible experience for an upscale restaurant. My tri tip was ordered rare and it came out very chewy and full of connective tissue. The worst part of it was the salt content. It was sooo salty, I couldn’t finish it. Your money is better spent at Roberts Crossing if you want a fine dinning experience. Bently’s felt very casino-like. High ceilings, obnoxious children and sub par service. My dining partner’s fish boat was good, though. Still, don’t waste your time.
Birthday Dinner. Wife and family took me here. It’s the second time she and I have ever been but first time for 16 year old flexitarian diet (fish, veggies, pasta only) daughter and 12 year old son. Excellent atmosphere, prompt service, everyone like their food: duck, rock fish, mac & cheese, chicken fettuccine. Servings plentiful enough for take home for left overs the following night.
The burger is great!!! I’ve been several times and the service is pleasant and attentive. It’s a lovely place to sit and share time with your friends.
Wine & Nibbles. Love stopping in for a great wine list and creative nibbles! Perfect friends night out spot!
Was not impressed at all with the food. Nor the price. I got the portobello mushroom ravioli and it tasted like chef boy arde made it. The one from Olive Garden is so much better and cheaper. Plus there was a hair in my bread
Came in with decent expectations, left dissapointed. I drink manhattans everywhere I go an I have never had one served shaken so badly that it had foam resting on top the entire time (very short pour too for a premium bourbon). Wait staff seemed bothered that I mentioned it at all, but I felt that I could when spending $14 for an R1 manhattan. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend the bar. Good potential, but untrained and unprofessional staff for such a nice hotel, I would have rather spent $25 at a dive bar two blocks away and at least been able to watch some sports highlight.s.
Okay, I guess. My husband and I arrived after a day of 8 hours flying, 4 hours of driving(when we arrived in Portland we went out to the coast and drove down). So we were pretty tired and not looking our best, but we wanted something good to eat. We seen Bentley’s right away and stopped. It was a causal place but could be a nice place to go out for a romantic night. I had their burger and my husband had the calzone. The burger was very good, my husband said the calzone was dry, over cooked and not enough cheese. Were this place went wrong was the waitress. She must have thought we were poor people that saved up to come there. She could have cared less about us compared to the table of 4 older people. If she was nicer and more attentive to us she could have gotten a very good tip from 2 very tired travelers. I hope the service isn’t always like this, but the food was okay.
