Incapable of human compassion. A good business respects all humans. This establishment does NOT. DO NOT add money to the pockets of these people. A good beverage is not enough to overcome BAD treatment
Coffee is good but absolutely not worth the wait. They are consistently S l o w ….. Yet seem sufficiently staffed. They do a bit more socializing than serving customers. The coffee is not worth the extra time. When I saw the Salem coupon I thought I should fairly warn those purchasing. If you are retired or u employed this may be a great plAce to stand in line.
Broadway Coffee. The atmosphere can’t be beat, but the drip coffee is watery and tasteless. At $2 a cup, I hope for more.
They get coffee right!!. Uggghh, I get cravings for this place, too much!! They make the best mochas!! I love the atmosphere. It’s such a fun place to go visit with girlfriends!!
I will drive out of my way on a regular basis for this place. Great friendly staff. Very knowledgable about coffee. Love the coffee tastings. Best cup of coffee in Salem. You won’t find another place like it in Salem.
I don’t get it. I guess someone will have to explain the appeal of this place, because from what I saw, it’s everything you DON’T want from a coffee shop. Sleepy staff; boring, lifeless decor; surprisingly few places to sit despite huge space; wifi filtered tightly; and they even manage to ruin Stumptown coffee – mine was so watery and flavorless it was almost undrinkable. It’s coffee blasphemy to serve Stumptown like that! I know this isn’t Portland, but c’mon – if you can’t improve on the quality and atmosphere of a corner Charbucks, why even bother? Gov Cup and Clockworks aren’t perfect, but they’re light years ahead of this place. Spend your money elsewhere, and you’re guaranteed to have a better experience. I certainly won’t be back.
Hot. Love there coffe
